This building completes the fourth side of a courtyard surrounded by the existing red brick traditional school rooms.

The north facing terraced decking connects to the landscape outside. A stepped amphitheatre for use by all students addresses the decked area. Internally there are many nooks and even space underneath the internal amphitheatre seating for students to learn in varied settings.

The project evolved in close collaboration with Principal Trish Miller whose visionary drive and enthusiasm created warm, comfortable and welcoming spaces.
